Nalo Farms' Ewa Sweet Onion Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Nalo Farms' Ewa Sweet Onion Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mitsukan rice wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 Ewa sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender; cover and blend well.
  2. Place in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Shake before using.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
