LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) is a federal program that provides qualifying low-income households with a one-time credit to offset household energy costs.
GEM$ On-Bill Money Saver Program
The GEM$ On-Bill Money Saver Program helps eligible customers to save on their bills by providing easy built-in financing for clean energy improvements like solar water heating and rooftop solar.
Hawaii Energy
Hawaiian Electric partners with Hawaii Energy to provide access to our customers who are enrolled in LIHEAP to save energy and money by participating in their Energy Smart 4 Homes direct installation Program – which can save you up to $160 every year. Your household is eligible to receive FREE energy-saving light bulbs, water-savings fixtures, and power strips that can reduce your energy costs. One of their trained professionals will install your free products.

AUW 211

The Salvation Army – Hawaiian & Pacific Islands
