- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9" square baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except jam/jelly, and mix well.
- Set aside 1 cup of mixture.
- Spread the rest in the bottom of baking pan and press down well.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Stir jam/jelly in jar to make it easily spreadable.
- Spread over oat mixture to within 1/4" of the sides of the pan.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture evenly over the top and press down lightly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Cool in pan.
- Cut into bars.
Makes 12 servings.
Note: Recipes can be doubled and made in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix and match your favorite nuts and jelly or jam.
