Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients:

Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup

  • 6 cups beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 pound green beans, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes

Directions:

  1. In a large stock pot, add beef stock, spices, and vegetables.
  2. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Serves 6.
