- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Mix all ingredients except raisins and mangos in a large bowl.
- Lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Evenly pour mixture on pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool; stir in raisins and mangoes.
Makes about 10 cups.
