- 5 cups orange sections
- 1 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 4 large ripe olives, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
