- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Line bakings sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In another large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by tablespoonful’s 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until set.
- Cool for 1 minute.
- Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 8 dozen.
