Oriental Chicken Salad
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce or romaine, chopped
- 1/2 head won bok (celery cabbage), chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup snow peas or snap peas, blanched
- 1/2 cup slivered red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered carrots
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- Fried won ton strips for garnish
Oriental Chicken Salad Dressing:
- 3/4 cup hoi sin sauce
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch of white pepper
