Peanut Butter Candy Pie

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Candy Pie

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 25 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter candy pieces

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter and marshmallows on high power for 1 minute; stir until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Add cereal and mix well.
  3. Press on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate on high power or in small saucepan melt on range, stirring until chocolate is smooth.
  5. Spread over prepared crust.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut and candy pieces; press down lightly.
  7. Let stand until chocolate is set.

Makes 8 to 12 servings.
