Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Chicken

Marinade:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon white miso (Japanese fermented soybean paste)
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 cloves garlic, press through a garlic press
  • 6 slices ginger root, press through a garlic press
  • 5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients for marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Grill on an outdoor grill.

Makes 10 servings.
