Peanut Butter Fruit Spread

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Fruit Spread

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  1. Blend together peanut butter and honey; stir in dried fruit.
  2. Store mixture in a tightly covered container at room temperature.
  3. To serve: spread on bread, muffins, biscuits or graham crackers.
