Poi Dessert Crepes
- 1 cup taro pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Fresh sliced fruit, jam or peanut butter
