Blender Mango Sherbet

Ingredients:

Blender Mango Sherbet

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mango slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender container.
  3. Cover; turn on switch and mix until contents are thoroughly blended.
  4. Pour into refrigerator tray; freeze, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 servings.

100 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 25 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 17 g sugar, 3 g protein
