Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

Butter Cream Frosting

  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, cook flour and milk over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens; set aside and cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy, then add milk mixture and beat another minute.
  3. Add vanilla and mix well.

280 calories, 16 g fat, 10 g saturated fat, 60 mg cholesterol, 250 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 22 g sugar, 2 g protein
