Cacao Nibs Energy Bites

Ingredients:

Cacao Nibs Energy Bites

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup multigrain cereal
  • 1/2 cup ground flax-seeds
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mash banana with a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand.
  3. Form into 1-inch balls.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Makes 2 dozen.
