- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup panko
- 1 cup shelled edamame beans (soybeans)
