Chocolate Cake with Dobash Frosting
Chocolate Cake:
- 1 pkg (18.5 oz) devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 1 can (12 oz) lemon lime soda
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 eggs
Dobash Frosting:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sweetened cocoa powder
