Chocolate Wasabi Bark

Ingredients:

Chocolate Wasabi Bark

  • 16 ounces of your favorite dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of wasabi peas
  • 1/2 cup of spicy kakimochi (Japanese rice crackers)
  • 1/2 cup of iso peanuts
  • 1/2 cup of pretzel crisps

Directions:

  1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread 3/4 of the peas, kakimochi, peanuts and crisps into the pan.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over and gently mix with a fork to evenly coat the pieces.
  4. Sprinkle remaining pieces over chocolate.
  5. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Cut the blocks into large or small pieces with a sharp, heavy knife.

Makes 15 servings.
