- Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
- Remove the stem from each apple and press a craft stick into the top.
- Place caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring once.
- Microwave one more minute (2 minutes total).
- Remove bowl from microwave and allow to cool for 1 minute.
- Roll each apple quickly in caramel sauce until well coated.
- Roll apples in candied macadamia nuts and lay on baking sheet with stick side up to set.
Makes 6 servings.
*Candied Macadamia Nuts Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves and nuts are covered with melted sugar.
- Lay out on wax paper to cool.
