Cinnamon Munch

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Munch

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 cups Crispix cereal

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Place butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt on HIGH power in microwave for 50 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add cereal, stirring to coat with the melted butter.
  4. Cook again on HIGH power for 2 minutes, stirring after the first minute.
  5. Sprinkle half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the cereal; stirring well.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
  7. Cook again on HIGH power for 1 more minute.
  8. Spread onto a flat baking sheet to cool, stirring to help the mixture cool faster.

Makes 4 servings.
