- 2 cups mochiko (Japanese sweet rice flour)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons ground cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (12 oz) frozen coconut milk, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
