Easy Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

Easy Baked Chicken

  • 1 cup regular OR reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups cornflake crumbs

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken with mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumbs.
  3. Place chicken on a rack in a large baking pan.
  4. Bake in oven at 350°F for one hour or until done.

Makes 10 servings.
