Easy Boboli Pizza

Ingredients:

Easy Boboli Pizza

  • 1 (10-inch) boboli or flat bread
  • 1 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms, onions, green peppers, or olives
  • 1 cup shredded low fat cheddar, jack, or mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 400°F.
  2. Place bread on a baking sheet; spread with sauce.
  3. Top with choice of vegetables and cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
