Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Ingredients:

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup prepared mustard
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle evenly with honey and mustard.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  3. Bake chicken in oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Top each breast half with two bacon slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  5. Continue baking for 10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp, and cheese is bubbly.

Makes 4 servings.
