Easy Tofu Salad
- 1 block firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 can (1-pound) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1 package (12-ounces) fresh bean sprouts
- 1 bunch watercress, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
