Eileen's Banana Nut Bread
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
