Fast and Easy Lilikoi Sorbet

Ingredients:

Fast and Easy Lilikoi Sorbet

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lilikoi juice concentrate
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a shallow pan; freeze.
  2. Blend frozen mixture in an electric blender until the consistency is similar to a smoothie.
  3. Pour into sealable containers and return to freezer; freeze again.

Makes 4 servings.

200 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 65 mg sodium, 44 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 41 g sugar, 2 g protein
