Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  4. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
  7. Cool on baking sheets on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer cookies to wire rack and let cool for an additional 15 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen.
