Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • Coarse sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
  4. Form into balls a little larger than 1 inch and place on baking sheet.
  5. Flatten balls with a fork and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake about 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
  7. Cool on wire rack.

Makes about 18 cookies.
