- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sunflower seeds; cook 2 minutes or until light brown, stirring frequently.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add water to skillet and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, cover, and cook for 1 minute.
- Immediately drain broccoli in a colander, run under cold water, and shake off excess liquid; pat dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients and add broccoli.
- Toss to combine.
