Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Fried Chicken Wings

  • 4 lb frozen chicken wing drumettes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • Salad oil for deep frying

Directions:

  1. Thaw chicken; drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except the salad oil.
  3. Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat oil to 400°F.
  5. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown; drain.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
