- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9-inch square pan.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugars, salt, baking powder, and cocoa.
- Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts; spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and cut into serving pieces.
