- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Place wafers flat side down onto the paper, leaving space between each wafer.
- Slice bananas into coins about 1/2-3/4 inch thick.
- Spread a little dollop of peanut butter on top each wafer and place a slice of banana on top, pressing slightly.
- In a small bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk.
- Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between until chocolate chips are melted.
- The chocolate should be thick enough to coat the bananas.
- Add more milk if necessary.
- Carefully pick up wafer and banana and dip into the chocolate banana side down.
- The wafer does not have to be fully covered in chocolate.
- Carefully place each wafer on the parchment paper.
- The chocolate should drip down from the banana and cover the wafer.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and freeze until completely frozen about 3-5 hours.
- Serve immediately or remove frozen treat from the cookie sheet and store in a freezer safe container.
