Frozen Strawberry Dessert Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Frozen Strawberry Dessert Sandwiches

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
  • 1 cup light non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 18 chocolate graham cracker squares

Directions:

  1. In a blender or processor, blend or process strawberries and sugar.
  2. Put puree into a bowl; fold in whipped topping.
  3. Freeze for a few minutes.
  4. To make sandwiches, put about 2 to 3 tablespoons of strawberry mixture on a graham cracker; top with a second graham cracker.
  5. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons on the second graham cracker and top with a third graham cracker.
  6. Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze.
  7. Repeat process until all graham crackers are used.

Make 6 servings.
