- 1 13.8 ounce can prepared pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, chopped sage
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 fresh peach, cut into 1/2 inch segments and grilled
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
