Garlicky Kale Salad
- 2 bunches kale, washed and dried, stems and hard part removed
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons liquid amino acid
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 tablespoons nutritional yeast (available at health food stores)
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
