- In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, caviar, diced green onions, mayonnaise and ginger.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Let mixture sit for 1/2 hour for the flavors to develop.
- In a deep sauté pan, heat oil and fry each wonton wrapper until golden brown.
- Be sure to turn wonton over, so both sides are nice and brown.
- Spoon crab mixture onto the center of wonton.
- Place a wonton on top and add more crab mixture.
- Top with another piece of wonton and garnish with green onions and black sesame seeds.
