Green Beans with Bacon Dressing

Ingredients:

Green Beans with Bacon Dressing

  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Dash of pepper
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked

Directions:

  1. Saute bacon until crisp.
  2. Add onion and cook until clear.
  3. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar, and heat.
  4. Pour over hot cooked beans and serve.

Makes 6 servings.
