Green Dream Pop

Ingredients:

Green Dream Pop

  • 2 pounds green mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (preferably from Kona oranges)
  • 1 cup cut local apple bananas, peels removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh local kale juice (about 1 bunch kale)
  • 1/2 cup high-quality, raw local honey (available at farmer's markets)

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients together until smooth; yields 1 quart ice pop base.
  2. Freeze according to your home ice pop mold manufacturer's instructions or enjoy as a smoothie.

Makes 10 3-ounce popsicles.
