Green Goddess Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro (Chinese parsley)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 5 to 6 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry, and minced
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
