Ingredients:

Haupia Sundae

  • 1 package (2 ounces) haupia pudding mix
  • 1 quart ice cream
  • Diced tropical fruits (pineapple, papayas, bananas, mango, kiwi or melons)

Directions:

  1. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
  2. Spoon ice cream into individual bowls.
  3. Spoon warm pudding over ice cream.
  4. Top with fruits and serve immediately.

Make 6 to 8 servings.
