Herb Chicken
- 5 lb chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons achiote oil
