Herb-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

Herb-Crusted Chicken

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves or 1 tablespoon fresh leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 350°F.
  2. Season chicken with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Brush mustard over top of each piece of chicken; place in a pan.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, rosemary, and thyme.
  5. Add butter and mix lightly; place crumb mixture on top of chicken pieces.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.

Make 2 servings.
