Herb Fried Ahi

Ingredients:

Herb Fried Ahi

  • 2 pounds ahi or aku fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 6 basil leaves, chopped Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the herbs.
  2. Salt and pepper fillets to taste.
  3. Pack thyme, basil and rosemary leaves onto both sides of fillets.
  4. In large saute pan, heat oil and fry to desired doneness; do not overcook.

Makes 4 servings.
