- Preheat oven to 175°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over foil.
- In a large bowl, whisk Worcestershire sauce, shoyu, paprika, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add beef to bowl and turn to coat beef completely.
- Cover bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
- Transfer beef to paper towels to dry.
- Discard marinade.
- Arrange beef slices in a single layer on wire rack.
- Bake beef in oven until dry and leathery, about 3-4 hours.
- Cut with scissors into bite-size pieces.
Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
