Homemade Chicken Stock
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 onion, chopped (skin on)
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 bulb garlic, cut in half (skin on)
- 2 quarts water
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bunch fresh parsley stems
