- Heat oven to 400°F, spray baking sheet with cooking oil and put on the side.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and seasonings.
- Place flour and egg in separate shallow bowls.
- Dip fish in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess flour.
- Then dip in egg then breadcrumbs mixture.
- Pat breadcrumbs to the fish to help coating adhere.
- Place coated fish on baking sheet, spritz fish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes, flip fish over and bake for another 5-6 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
