- Combine lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey, mustard, rosemary, garlic, cayenne, oil, and salt to taste in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Seal and shake vigorously to blend, add drumsticks.
- Seal bag; making sure to remove all the air.
- Let marinate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place drumsticks on a large roasting pan and drizzle the remaining honey.
- Roast for 45 minutes or until cooked through; rotating the pan every 10-12 minutes.
