Hot Artichoke Appetizer
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Crackers or baguette slices

Ingredients:
Directions:
- Preheat electric oven to 350°F.
- Drain and rinse artichokes; chop coarsely.
- Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, and cheeses; mix well.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or baguettes.
Makes about 3 cups.
