Hot Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients:

Hot Artichoke Appetizer

  • 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Crackers or baguette slices

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and rinse artichokes; chop coarsely.
  3. Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, and cheeses; mix well.
  4. Place in a casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve with crackers or baguettes.

Makes about 3 cups.
