Hot Crab and Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Hot Crab and Spinach Dip

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (6-ounce) crab, drained
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted & drained
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Grease an 8-inch microwave safe pie plate or baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix cream cheese with milk and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer until cream cheese is fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Fold in crab and spinach.
  4. Spread mixture into prepared plate.
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
  6. Microwave at high power for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot throughout and edges have firmed slightly.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Makes 2 cups.
