- Mix cream cheese with milk and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer until cream cheese is fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Fold in crab and spinach.
- Spread mixture into prepared plate.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
- Microwave at high power for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot throughout and edges have firmed slightly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
